Deerpark

The Deerpark estate construction commenced in the late 1960s. For many years the road ran only from Gidding Road to Whitehouse Road.

During the late 1980s and up to 1994, the remainder of the housing was constructed taking Deerpark Road through to Glatton Road.

During the 1990s some infilling was allowed. The Gardens was constructed as a development of four houses during this period.

During 2001, Chapman Grove was added to the north west of Glatton Road.
